Competence Assessor

Responsible for evaluating and assessing the technical and operational competence of offshore personnel against defined standards and frameworks. Conducts structured assessments, identifies gaps and develops improvement plans. Works closely with the training department and line supervisors. Strong background in offshore operations with recognized assessor qualifications (e.g. A1/A2 or equivalent).

Requirements

• Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Valid passport / driver's license
• STCW, TBOSIET and HUET certification (or willing to obtain)
• Able to pass a medical examination and 10-panel drug test for offshore work
