Toolpusher — Offshore Drilling

About the position

The Toolpusher supervises the daily drilling operations, assisting the Drilling Superintendent in the supervision and management of the drilling department. Also known as a Rig Pusher or Field Supervisor, the Toolpusher oversees drilling and service rig operations, ensuring crews work safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrable experience on a drillship or semi-submersible platform
• Speak, read and write fluent English
• Valid passport / driver's license, BOSIET/FOET, RigPass/SafeGulf and TWIC card (or willing to obtain); rigging certificate preferred
• Able to pass a medical examination and a 10-panel drug test for offshore work
• Knowledge and skills to perform the role in full compliance with all safety standards
