Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be used to remember your session, preferences, or to gather anonymous statistics about how a site is used.
2. Our Approach
jobpowergroup.com keeps cookie use to a minimum. We only use the cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you logged in, and a cookieless analytics tool that does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising, marketing, or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data with third parties.
3. Cookies We Use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token | Job Power Group (via Supabase) | Keeps you signed in to your candidate, employer, or staff account. | Strictly necessary, first-party | Session / until sign-out |
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It is cookieless by design — it does not store a persistent identifier in your browser and cannot track you across other websites. Because it does not use cookies, it is not listed in the table above.
5. Why No Cookie Banner
Under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you requested (such as staying logged in) do not require consent. Since we don't use any non-essential or tracking cookies, this site does not show a cookie consent banner.
6. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that blocking the necessary session cookie will prevent you from staying logged in to your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever introduce additional cookies (for example, if we adopt a new analytics or marketing tool), we will update this page and, where required, request your consent before setting them.
8. Contact
