Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor oversees operations and maintenance at a power generation facility. They lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems. Troubleshooting and coordinating repairs fall to this role, with an eye toward keeping the plant running. Work orders and technical documentation move through plant management systems under their watch. The supervisor coaches maintenance teams and provides technical guidance on the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in industrial environment
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within power generation, industrial plants, or comparable heavy industries
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, motors, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams
• Proficiency with plant management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional working proficiency in English with strong communication and leadership skills
