Material Handler

Material Handler working under the direction of a Foreman or General Foreman at an operational work site. The role involves loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site using manual methods or equipment such as handtrucks, electric dollies, wheelbarrows, conveyors, hand-operated cranes, or hoists. The position includes maintaining records, tools and equipment, and performing housekeeping and cleanup activities while adhering to all safety rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of technical diploma
• Ability to operate forklift and other loading/unloading equipment
• Advanced English proficiency
• Residence in Suriname
• Safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures
